Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)
The FEIS responds to all comments received on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).  It documents the affected environmental and evaluates the direct and cumulative social, economic, and environmental consequences of the proposed alternatives.  This document presents the Selected Alternative, Alternative D, as the project that FHWA and NDOT plans to move forward on.
